Damon Jordan Barnes is a writer, filmmaker, actor, and activist based in Maryland and NYC. Damon is currently editor-in-chief at NUNAR magazine, a Maryland-based youth culture magazine.
As a model, Damon has worked with local and global brands including SOMEWHERE, NOVA BOSSA, TELFAR, and Apple. They are known for acting roles in We Shall Overcome (2019) and Straight to Hell (2019).
Damon has done video work with the Sunrise Movement and Green New Deal Network and is currently a communications & strategy volunteer for the Free Billie Allen Campaign.
